Stealth racer/employee ready for Badger Opener

Stealth racer/employee heading to Spoon River

 

The Badger midgets roll into the Spoon River Speedway in Canton, Illinois this Sunday for the big season opener.

 

Stealth employee and midget racer Matt Hummel will be part of a Team Stealth brigade.

 

Illinois car owner Brent Nausley will field two midgets. The # 52 Stealth/Pink Ford will be piloted by Fredricktown, Missouri’s Joey Montgomery. Nawsley’s second entry will be the # 5-O Stealth/Brayton-Chevy of Matt Hummel.

 

Hummel who finish 7th last year in the prestigious Belleville Midget Nationals in Belleville, Kansas is excited and looking forward to this weekend.

 

“I would just like to thank Brent Nausley for this opportunity” says Hummel.

“It’s going to be fun and I can’t wait” , he adds.

The Badger midgets will be a part of a dual open wheel show as the Midwest Sprint Car Series will also be in attendance.
